O Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional, I.P. (IEFP) e a Comissão para a Igualdade no Trabalho e no Emprego (CITE) têm o prazer de convidar todos e todas a realizar o curso “Igualdade de Género no Trabalho e no Emprego”. Porquê um curso sobre Igualdade de Género? As organizações, os cidadãos e as cidadãs são os agentes da mudança de valores e de comportamentos que nos conduzem à igualdade de género. O que vou aprender?

  • A igualdade entre mulheres e homens, significa ausência de barreiras em razão do sexo à participação económica, política e social e ainda à igualdade de direitos e de oportunidades de participação e valorização das mulheres e dos homens, em todos os domínios da vida.
  • Falar de Igualdade, é incentivar para um maior equilíbrio de género no mercado de trabalho e uma maior participação dos homens nas responsabilidades familiares.

Objetivos
Com esta formação vou aprender a:

  • enquadrar a situação atual de mulheres e homens em várias áreas da sociedade;
  • desenvolver competências pessoais e profissionais, no domínio da igualdade de género.

Duração
Estima-se uma duração de 3 horas, mas cada participante gere o seu tempo de forma autónoma e flexível. O curso está disponível online 24 horas por dia e 7 dias por semana.
