Prior knowledge of user-centered design will help you understand and apply the concepts in this course. You don’t need any formal authority at your company, such as by managing people, to implement the ideas in this course. You just need the desire to affect change.
In this class you'll build a kanban board to track the Discovery work that design and research is doing. The kanban board is made up of columns to represent each phase of the work, and acceptance criteria that defines what each column means and what criteria must be met for work to move into each column.
You'll also learn how to run a Discovery Planning Meeting to use the board to keep your team aligned and make prioritization decisions.
