E que apesar de 67% das empresas portuguesas terem um website, a maior parte das compras online dos portugueses são a empresas do mercado asiático e as suas maiores preocupações quando fazem compras online são o uso indevido dos seus dados pessoais e a segurança dos meios de pagamento online?
Com o curso Consumidor Ciberseguro vai aprender dicas essenciais que o permitam identificar se um website de compras online é seguro, qual o meio de pagamento mais adequado a determinada situação ou quais são os seus direitos como cliente (na União Europeia).

Este curso destina-se a todos os cidadãos que fazem ou queiram fazer compras online com segurança. Desta forma pretende-se, não só, alertar para os perigos das compras online, como também partilhar conhecimentos e dicas que ajudem os cidadãos a verificar se estão a adotar as práticas mais seguras para realizar compras online.

O curso tem uma carga total de 4 horas.

Objetivos de Aprendizagem

  • Escolher um meio de pagamento seguro para compras online;
  • Identificar indícios de burla em vendas online;
