El objetivo de este curso es conocer algunas herramientas prácticas en materia de Recursos Humanos y aprender a gestionar personas y liderar el talento con la mayor eficacia posible.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Gestión por Competencias
En esta primera sesión explicaremos los aspectos prácticos de la Dirección por Competencias (DpC), tanto en su diseño como en su administración. Discutiremos los usos de esta herramienta integradora de la política de recursos humanos que aporta valor a la compañía desde el departamento de dirección de personas.

WEEK 2
Selección y Contratación
El propósito de esta sesión es conocer las reglas que utilizan las empresas a la hora de seleccionar y contratar, así como las del sector de los cazatalentos (headhunters) y empresas de selección. A través de estas video-clases también se pretende entender cómo la web 2.0 influye en la forma de relacionarse con los intermediarios laborales y dónde reside el valor ofrecido por las compañías de búsqueda y selección de profesionales cualificados.

WEEK 3
Evaluación
¿Qué relación tienen los procesos de evaluación en decisiones críticas como la retribución, la rotación y la promoción? Estudiaremos la influencia de esta política que incide de manera directa en la capacidad de respuesta al entorno.

WEEK 4
Promoción
La falta de un sistema de promoción maduro o poco consistente puede convertirse en un arma arrojadiza en contra de las áreas de recursos humanos. A través de diversas teorías como la de los autores Gabarro o Black and Mouton, estudiaremos la mejor manera de identificar el talento dentro de las empresas.

WEEK 5
Retribución
El objetivo de esta sesión es conocer los entresijos de los sistemas de retribución, que constituyen uno de los aspectos más complejos de la gestión de recursos humanos. Así como identificar algunos errores habituales que se cometen en esta política y reflexionar sobre prácticas útiles para minimizarlos.
