Camino a la Excelencia en Gestión de Proyectos (Coursera)

El curso “Camino a la excelencia en gestión de proyectos” describe los tres principales componentes de Lean Project Management (Gestión de Proyectos sin Pérdidas).

Estos son: (1) La filosofía de producción lean, la que proveniente de la industria automotriz japonesa, revisaremos sus principios fundamentales y cómo se ha adaptado a otras industrias. (2) El cambio cultural, la implementación de lean depende de las personas y veremos qué características son necesarias para la excelencia en gestión de proyectos y qué condiciones contractuales ayudan a generar una mejor cultura. (3) La tecnología, veremos métodos y técnicas lean tales cómo mapeo de la cadena de valor, sistema de planificación el último planificador, entre otros. Finalmente, este curso entrega los conceptos básicos y permite la ejercitación de estos conceptos para caminar hacia la excelencia en gestión de proyectos.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Introducción: ¿Qué es Lean Project Management?
En este módulo se explica qué es la producción Lean, cuál es su origen y cómo ha sido la evolución hacia la gestión de proyectos, conocido como Lean Project Management.

WEEK 2
Filosofía Lean
En este modulo se explicaran los principios en los cuales se basa la filosofía Lean, además identifica las pérdidas con ejemplos de aplicación en la gestión de proyectos y otras industrias.

WEEK 3
Cultura Lean
En este módulo se explican las principales características de la cultura Lean. Además, se abordan los contratos relacionales, que promueven relaciones que favorecen el desarrollo de esta cultura. Por último, se contrasta el sistema de contratación Lean con el sistema tradicional.

WEEK 4
Teconologías Lean: Herramientas para mejorar
En este capitulo se tratarán algunas tecnologías propuestas por Lean para lograr mejoras en la gestión de proyectos

WEEK 5
Conectando los tres vértices del triángulo Lean
En este capitulo se desarrollan entrevistas a grandes actores de Lean los cuales responden preguntas desde sus puntos de vista.
