Tenika Francis

Tenika Francis is responsible for full-cycle talent management with a heavy focus on diversity and inclusion-related initiatives. Prior to joining Catalyst, Tenika worked at the World Economic Forum, where she was the Senior Talent Acquisition & Development and interim HR Generalist. She was the main point-of-contact for all HR-related questions for employees of Forum USA, both strategic and tactical. Tenika earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business Management from Delaware State University. In addition, she attended the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching and is a certified professional coach. Tenika enjoys traveling to different countries around the world and immersing herself in the different cultures.
