Swati Sengupta

Swati is a management professional turned Trainer-Faculty-Leadership Coach and brings rich corporate experience in the areas of Leadership, Business Development, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Human Resources and Operations. She is a Faculty with the prestigious State Bank Institute of Leadership and conducts Leadership Development Programmes on Leadership and Managerial Skills, Strategy, Personal Effectiveness, Communication, Creative Thinking, Lateral Thinking, Design Thinking, and Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour. Over her 30-year career, she has led strategic and cross-business growth and people development initiatives in companies such as Computer Associates and Infosys, and in her last corporate assignment was Vice President Operations at Barclays. She teaches and conducts Training for Corporates, Leadership Academies and Business Schools including Symbiosis, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Sciences, and ICFAI Business School. Her forte is teaching clear concepts and building strong fundamentals through innovative pedagogy styles including art, activities, cases, role-plays, and games.
Swati is an engineer in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Jadavpur University, and a gold medallist (PGCGM) from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. As an avid Maths and English enthusiast, she spends her free hours teaching elementary, advanced and competitive Maths & English to school and college students. She loves travelling and painting, dabbling in words and figures, and sunsets.
