Sue Robins

Sue Robins is President of Ascend Training Solutions, a 100% woman owned curriculum development, instructional design, training and consulting company. Susanne Robins, M.S. Ed., is an experienced instructional designer, teacher, trainer, and public speaker.
EnVisioned Design is my process for developing curriculum and instructional design. EnVisioned design begins with the endpoint - what does the successful learner look like? What can he or she do that they couldn't do before? How has their behavior changed? We use those goal posts to determine specific objectives, and create authentic, engaging and interactive learning experiences to meet those objectives.
Sue is currently the principal developer and trainer for Ascend Training Solutions and is an Instructor for the University of California, Irvine Extension.
Ascend Training Solutions has developed and delivered training and educational programs for front line supervisors, city government employees, tradeshow marketing professionals, elementary school teachers, UCLA graduate students, middle school science students, autistic adults and various nonprofit organizations.
Susanne’s professional life began in the Biotechnology sector in both sales and marketing, during which time Susanne was an accomplished sales trainer and coach and developed the scientific curriculum and assessments for the sales employees at Amersham Corporation (now a part of GE Life Sciences). During her time as a regional sales manager for Exposystems, Inc., Susanne frequently delivered workshops at National Conferences using content which she developed. Susanne also holds California Teaching Credential.
