Solongoo Bayarsaikhan

Before joining the government in 2020, Solongoo Bayarsaikhan was a co-founding partner of Avinex Partners LLP. Her practice area includes general corporate and commercial law with a specific focus on banking and finance, mining, natural resources and regulatory matters. She has advised clients as transactional and local counsel in respect of various high profile, cross-border financing and equity transactions. Prior to Avinex, Solongoo worked as an in-house legal associate for MCS Holding LLC and Hogan Lovells’s Ulaanbaatar office.
