Silvia Simon

Silvia Simon is a professor at the Chemistry Department of University of Girona (UdG) and active computational chemistry researcher at the Institute of Computational Chemistry and Catalysis at UdG.
Director of the Càtedra de Cultura Científica i Comunicació Digital, which has in one of their main research lines the Open Science and MOOCs as a new way of Science Communication. Collaboration in two different MOOCs (two edition each) within MiriadaX platform and a Chemistry Zero MOOC in UcatX.cat. She has lead several projects related to MOOCs, mainly from the Catalan Regional Government. Two of these MOOCs are included in the LoCoMotion proposal.
