Rossi Arthur Dominique Pierre

Arthur is the Research Officer of the Financial and Fiscal Law Unit of the IMF’s Legal Department. Previous to joining the Fund, Arthur was employed at the European Central Bank where he worked in the Institutional and then Financial Law departments on matters including Asset Backed Securities Purchase Programs, payment systems or central bank independence. Before then, Arthur worked at Ernst and Young in the Paris office where he provided tax advice to multi-national companies. Arthur earned a Master’s degree in law from La Sorbonne and a Bachelors in law from Lyon III where he graduated Cum Laude.
