Rocío is Anáhuac Veracruz's Language Centre founder.
She received her B.A in Language and English Literature from UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México) in 1986, Her M.A. in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from (UV, Universidad Veracruzana) in 2012.
