Richard Tunstall

Richard Tunstall is Director of MSc Management and Lecturer in Enterprise at Leeds University Business School. He studies social phenomena in venture creation, corporate venturing and enterprise education. He is a member of Leeds Enterprise Centre where he is Director of inter-faculty enterprise course collaborations and supports student enterprise activities. He leads LEC electives in entrepreneurship, venture creation and innovation which are studied by undergraduates across the University and leads Developing Enterprise Awareness for MSc Enterprise, Management in Practice and Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Creation for MSc Management. He is Associate Editor at the International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour and Research, Trustee of the Institute of Small Business and Entrepreneurship and Chair of the Entrepreneurship Studies Network SIG (ISBE).
Before joining the University of Leeds he was Lecturer in Enterprise at the Welsh Enterprise Institute, University of Glamorgan, where the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor for Wales was conducted. In industry, Richard was project and marketing manager at a small fast-growth online HR-solutions company based in London, during its flotation on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).
