Nick Rouvas is the senior director of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Product Management team. He helps define the overall Learning product vision and direction, while at the same time focusing on internal team enablement and process definition.
Nick has been with the SuccessFactors Learning team for over 15 years and held roles in professional services and support. He also owned the Career Development module. He has presented at various SuccessConnect and other customer-facing events and conferences, and held numerous training sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
