Nathalie André

Nathalie André, deputy director from General Directorate of Public Finance in France, has worked during 15 years in functions such as reforms steering, performance evaluation and human and budgetary resources management. Currently, she is more particularly in charge of open-data promotion, dematerialization deployment and digital transition support. She has also been carrying out short-term expert missions in Europe for Expertise France since 2011 and in Africa for the IMF's Fiscal Affairs Department since 2017. She is a graduate in science and mathematics and trained in local taxation and cadastral plan.
