Michael has over 16 years' experience working with SAP products. As a chief support architect, he was responsible for all products and capabilities that support the Requirement to Deploy process in SAP Solution Manager and Focused Build. In 2018, he became chief product owner for the Customer Experience Services Build market, responsible for the SAP Solution Manager, Focused Build, and SAP Cloud ALM product lines.
Michael is also a regular speaker at SAP summits and conferences all over the world.
