Matthieu Bellon

Matthieu Bellon is an Economist in the Fiscal Affairs Department of the IMF where he has been working on fiscal issues in low-income and emerging countries in Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. His research focuses on climate change adaptation, public economics, and the dynamics of firms and households in response to technology or policy shocks. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from Columbia University.
