Martin Knudsen

Martin B Knudsen is a Technical Assistance Advisor at the Fiscal Affairs Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). He is of Danish origin and holds a master’s degree in economics. Prior to joining the Fund, he worked for the Danish Tax Administration, the Danish Ministry of Taxation, the National Institute of Economic Research in Sweden, the Danish Ministry of Finance, and Statistics Denmark. His specialties are tax gap estimation, data analysis, project design and management, performance measurement, and facilitating evidence-based decision-making.
