Martin Bicknell

Martin Bicknell is a Lecturer on Management at the Henley Business School where he teaches on a number of people-related modules on our Professional Management Programmes. Martins academic background is in Organisational Behaviour / Psychology and his research has concerned workplace stress. He has recently been considering this from a psychoanalytic perspective that draws on the work of Jacques Lacan. Martin came to academic life relatively recently having previously been a management consultant with KPMG and his own company where he specialised in public policy and strategy work in the telecommunications and media sectors.
