Leonardo Maria De Rossi

Leonardo is the director of various courses on Bitcoin and blockchain at Università Bocconi and SDA Bocconi, and coordinates numerous blockchain research streams. He’s managed several custom research projects and is involved with the Italian Notariat, where he analyzes the possible entrance of the Italian notaries in the blockchain and cryptocurrency market.
His work has been published in international IS conferences, Economia & Management, Il Sole 24 Ore and Bancaria Editrice, among others, and he’s co-authored The Blockchain Journey: A Guide to Practical Business Applications and Open Banking: the client perspective. Leonardo also co-authored the award-winning paper for the category "Move the Field Forward" at the 2018 Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS). In 2020, Leonardo received the Teaching Award for his research and teaching activities on Bitcoin and blockchain.
