Ksenia Podoynitsyna

Dr. Ksenia Podoynitsyna is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). Her dissertation was nominated for the prestigious Heizer dissertation award of the Entrepreneurship division of the Academy of Management. Ever since her research helps manage the uncertainties surrounding the initial ideation and scale-up of the new business initiatives. Ksenia has worked with such organizations as Philips, KIC InnoEnergy, Rabobank, DSM, Syntens, KEMA, and PostNL. Ksenia obtained funding for a number of research and teaching initiatives in the context of sustainable energy and data science, in collaboration with ESADE (Spain), Aalto (Finland) and KTH (Sweden) among others. She supervises several PhD projects, and has published in such journals as Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews, and Strategic Organization.
