Klaus Hoeckner

Klaus Höckner is a member of the board of the Austrian Association Supporting the Blind and Visually Impaired (Hilfsgemeinschaft der Blinden und Sehschwachen Österreichs) based in Vienna. With more than 4,400 members, it is the leading organization representing and helping visually impaired people in Austria. Klaus is also member of the board of the Austrian Disability Forum, an umbrella organization for Austrian organizations working in the field of disability, and vice-president of the Austrian Computer Society.
Klaus studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and has a degree in web accessibility and fundraising. He is a member in the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) and is Certified Web Accessibility Expert (CWAE), a certificate issued in Austria by Incite. He is a member of the organizing board of m-enabling.
