Katie Snape

Dr Katie Snape qualified from Guys, Kings and St Thomas’ medical school in 2003, and became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in 2007. She is currently undertaking a PhD in genetic susceptibility to common and complex diseases at the University of London. Kate advises that being overweight can contribute to many health problems, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoarthritis and some cancers. The best way to lose weight is to combine a healthy diet, with regular exercise and lots of moral support!
