Kari Otteburn

Kari Otteburn is a Doctoral Researcher at the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies , University of Leuven. Her research focuses on the global governance of human and labour rights, and more particularly on corporate accountability and corporate power, the intersection between human rights protection and trade and investment policy, and business and human rights. She is also a researcher for the Horizon 2020 project Global Governance and the European Union: Future Trends and Scenarios (GLOBE).
She holds a master's degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Leuven (Belgium) in European Studies: Asia-Europe Interactions, and a bachelor's degree (magna cum laude) from Illinois Wesleyan University (United States).
