Mrs Jeanne Pereira is a graduate in Economics, MBA in Banking & Finance and a CAIIB. In her career with SBI, Jeanne has handled various assignments ranging from Personal Banking, International Banking, Credit & NPA, Customer Service and Merchant Acquisition. She has had a long spell in the SBI’s Training System as a faculty cum trainer and Head of a Training Centre. Her areas of interests are Behavioural Sciences, Preventive Vigilance, Business Etiquettes and Communication.
As a faculty cum trainer in the Banks Training System, Jeanne has delivered trainings on various areas of Banking, such as Retail Banking, General Banking, Forex, Government Business, Preventive Vigilance, Linguistics, & Behavioural. She has been a Guest Faculty in many reputed B-Schools and delivers engaging sessions on Behavioural Science and Management. She has also authored several books on topics such as Banking Ombudsman Cases, Merchant Acquiring Business and BHIM Aadhaar SBI.
