Irene Ong Pooi Fong

Miss Irene Ong Pooi Fong is a Senior Lecturer at Taylor’s Business School in Taylor’s University. She specializes in the area of organisational management and behaviour and has more than 10 years of experience in tertiary education, research and training. She was awarded the Chairman’s Award for Excellence for teaching in 2004. Her areas of research interest are mainly in the studies of organisational behaviour, corporate environmentalism, learning and managing diversity.
