Howard Kramer
Mr. Kramer is a RESNA certified Assistive Technology Practitioner (ATP) and has worked in the field of assistive technology and accessible media in a university environment for more than 15 years.
He is founder and coordinator of the annual Accessing Higher Ground Conference: Accessible Media, Web & Technology. Mr. Kramer is the instructor for a three-credit class at the University of Colorado at Boulder on universal design called Universal Design for Digital Media: Where Accessibility & Usability Meet. He is the Co-PI for the grant project: Promoting the Integration of Universal Design into University Curricula (UDUC), which works to increase UD related content in university courses.
