With over 37 years tax administration experience with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), Gord has a strong performance management, evaluation and strategic planning background. Gord led major initiatives across the CRA including a substantive review of the Agency as a world class tax administration. Gord has worked as a short-term expert with the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department for over four years on missions spanning five continents. He has held directorship roles on both non-profit and municipal boards. He holds a psychology degree from Carleton University.
