Gail Joseph is an assistant professor in the area of Educational Psychology and Early Childhood and Family Studies. She teaches courses, advises students, and conducts research on early childhood topics.
Before becoming a college professor, she taught in childcare, Head Start, and early childhood special education classrooms. Currently, she studies the quality of early care and education as well as co-directs the National Center for Quality Teaching and Learning.
