Francisco Lima

Francisco Lima is a legal researcher at the KU Leuven Centre for IT&IP Law. He’s currently working as a copyright policy researcher and Work Package leader for the European Commission’s Horizon2020 Project inDICEs, a project dedicated to research on open culture and digital reuse. He holds a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Law and graduated cum laude from Tilburg University’s Law and Technology Master’s program with a dissertation on digital exhaustion.
