Emma Patterson

Dr Emma Patterson is the Director of Studies for the Distance Learning MSc in Integrated Environmental Management.
Prior to joining the University of Bath in 2011, Emma was a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering at the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
Before this, Emma worked as a postdoc at the Department of Chemistry at Imperial College (With Prof. Donna Blackmond), and then at the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering at the University of Auckland.
Emma completed her MSc in Chemical Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden), and her PhD in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering at Imperial College in 2004 (with Prof. Andrew Livingston).
