Prof. Emanuel Gruengard is with Shenkar’s Software Engineering department. He started his career in computing by working for IBM where his last appointment was the manager of IBM Israel Scientific Centre. After retiring from IBM he established the Software Engineering department at Shenkar College. Prof. Gruengard is the Advocate of Khan Academy in Israel as well as the project leader of incorporating Hebrew in the Moodle LMS. His current subjects of interest are: Online Education, and Cognitive Sciences: Artificial Neural Networks and Artificial Life.
