Elias Rubinstein

Elías is a civil engineer at the Universidad de la República in Uruguay and has a master's degree in transportation from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. Previously, he was a Sector Specialist in the IDB Transportation Division since 2016 and currently works as a Transport Specialist in FONPLATA. He also worked for 20 years in private consulting in management and conservation of road assets, traffic engineering, and urban transport. He teaches Urban Transport at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of the Republic in Uruguay.
