Dyna Heng

Dyna Heng is an Economist at the Institute of Capacity Development (ICD) at the IMF. Before joining ICD, he has worked at the Monetary and Capital Market Department, involving the Global Financial Stability Reports and Japan Financial Sector Assessment Program. He has also worked as a desk economist for countries in the Western Hemisphere Department. Before joining the IMF, Dyna was a financial sector specialist at the World Bank. His current research covers capital flow management, financial interconnectedness, and financial sector development. He holds a PhD in Economics from the Australian National University.
