Dmitriy Rozhkov

Mr. Dmitriy Rozhkov is a senior economist in the IMF Institute for Capacity Development. He has been with the IMF since 2000. During his IMF career, he has worked extensively on monetary and financial sector issues, participated in many FSAPs, as well as surveillance and program missions to the countries in Africa, Asia and Pacific, and Middle East and Central Asia. His research in the IMF focused on financial sector issues in developing countries. He received his PhD in Economics from Harvard University, M.Sc. in Economics from London School of Economics, and B.Sc. in Economics from Moscow University. Prior to joining the IMF, Dmitriy Rozhkov worked as a teaching and research assistant in Harvard University, and as a technical analyst in the government of the Russian Federation
