Chris Jarvis
Chris Jarvis is the co-founder and CEO of Realized Worth, a is a global consultancy that focuses on engaging employees in corporate citizenship through volunteering and giving.
Widely known for his thought-leadership in employee volunteering, workplace giving and corporate social responsibility, Chris was asked by the United Nations Office of Partnerships to design and launch the first private sector led initiative to achieve the post-millennial Sustainable Development Goals through corporate volunteering. Chris serves on the Executive Committee as well as acting as the Senior Content Advisor to IMPACT 2030, the only business led effort designed to unite companies in their corporate volunteering efforts to address the United Nations’ Development Agenda. Chris and his partner, Angela Parker, were invited by the United Nations Office of Partnerships to develop the framework for this global initiative in 2011.
Prior to co-founding Realized Worth, Chris spent more than two decades working with non-profits ranging from urban centers in North America to informal settlements in Kenya. These various experiences, including a significant moment of epiphany in Toronto, planted the seed that would eventually grow into the idea that became what Realized Worth is today.
