Cecilia Castelli

Cecilia Castelli (PhD in Management & Industrial Engineering) has over 15 years field experience in the Fashion & Luxury sector, achieved by leading projects Supply Chain design/improvement projects for major and leading brands, varying from apparel, to leather goods, to shoes, to jewellery, to beauty. She also worked as Executive Coach for top managers in this sectors.
She is author of several publications and is often invited as speaker to conferences and workshops dealing with trends/challenges in the luxury sectors.
Recently, she focused on the role of new digital technologies (mainly AI tools) in changing the rules of competition in the fashion industry.
She currently works as Transformation Projects Manager at Ratti SpA and is part of the Extended Faculty of MIP - Politecnico di Milano School of Management.
