Bill Curtis-Davidson

Bill is currently the Executive Architect in the IBM Human Ability & Accessibility Center, a unit of IBM Research. In his current role, Bill develops IBM’s accessibility services portfolio, provides strategic accessibility consulting services to top IBM customers, and works with IBM Research and brand product teams to develop innovative, highly usable and accessible technology solutions. A thought leader in user experience and accessibility, Bill leverages over 20 years of success with Fortune 500 companies in multiple countries and industries. Prior to joining IBM Research, Bill served as a User Experience Competency Leader, in IBM Interactive Experience, a unit of IBM Global Business Services. Bill is an established accessibility expert and sought-after public speaker, and he has served on a number of industry and government advisory and standards development committees. Bill is an active member of internal / external communities related to workforce diversity (LGBT, disabilities) and HCI education.
