An ambitious, analytically minded Systems Administrator at TrainACE, Interested in continuing to grow and expand my knowledge in the field of technology. I am particularly interested in concepts relating to cyber-security, information assurance, risk mitigation, and computer vulnerabilities. I began working in IT as a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician for the Food and Drug Administration, this position helped me gain considerable experience in computer and application troubleshooting and resolving various malfunctions resulting from issues such as hardware failure, user account settings, network errors, and software malfunctions. I worked at the call center for a few months and was then moved into a desktop support position at the FDA White Oak Campus. Following the desktop support position I accepted the Systems Administrator position I currently occupy and the Academy of Computer Education in Greenbelt, MD. I Currently hold A+, Network +, Security+, and C|EH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certifications as well as a Public Trust level security clearance. I am excited and motivated for opportunities to expand my knowledge in the cyber realm.
