Andrew Pipe

Dr. Pipe is Chief, Division of Prevention and Rehabilitation, at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. He has addressed audiences in over 30 nations on smoking, drug use in sport, and physical activity. He is currently President of the Commonwealth Games Association of Canada, and served as a physician at 10 Olympic Games. He is a member of the Canadian Olympic Hall of Fame, served as Chair of the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport and is a recipient of the IOC Award for "Sport, Health and Wellbeing". Dr. Pipe was named to the Order of Canada in 2002.
