Alexander Mitsos

Alexander Mitsos is an expert researcher in optimization theory and applications. He serves as the director of Process Systems Engineering (AVT.SVT) laboratory at RWTH Aachen University and the Energy Systems Engineering division (IEK-10) at Forschungszentrum Jülich in Germany. His lab develops and applies numerical optimization techniques for chemical process and energy systems.
