We will use a silhouette image of an owl and by following the shape of the animal we will be making it more realistic and not with flat looking patterns.
You will get some ideas about creating movement with patterns, shapes and shading so you can start developing your own amazing artwork.

For this class I added 3 files that you can use to either create your own version of this owl or use the same pattern.
I would love to see your own version of the owl if you do it in Photoshop, illustrator or some other way perhaps even as a woodburning. However you do it we all can learn about new patterns and inspire each other.
