Syllabus

WEEK 1
Introduction
Bienvenue dans le cours intitulé "Comprendre la sécurité et les opérations de Google Cloud". Ce module vous permettra de faire connaissance avec le formateur, de découvrir le contenu du cours, et de savoir comment bien démarrer.
Module 2 : Gouvernance financière dans le cloud
Les organisations qui adoptent la technologie cloud devront inévitablement modifier en profondeur certaines de leurs opérations métier. Le premier changement concerne la gouvernance financière. Ce module présente les principaux défis auxquels les organisations sont confrontées dans le cadre de la gestion des coûts liés au cloud, et propose une solution à travers trois perspectives différentes : les individus, les processus et les technologies. Il explique également comment réfléchir au coût total de possession pour l'utilisation des services cloud, avant de définir les concepts de base de la gestion des coûts dans Google Cloud. Pour finir, il décrit certaines bonnes pratiques pour une gestion efficace des coûts liés au cloud.
Module 3 : Sécurité dans le cloud
Ce module traite du deuxième domaine pour lequel les entreprises doivent modifier leurs opérations pour travailler efficacement dans le cloud : la sécurité. Il détaille un nouveau modèle de sécurité axé sur le cloud et explique en quoi celui-ci diffère des modèles traditionnels sur site. Le module commence par définir quelques termes fondamentaux liés à la sécurité dans le cloud, puis il aborde les principaux défis actuels en matière de cybersécurité et les menaces les plus courantes pesant sur la confidentialité et la sécurité des données. Il utilise ensuite le modèle de responsabilité partagée pour illustrer la manière dont les organisations peuvent maintenir la sécurité et la conformité des données de manière continue. Enfin, il explique comment Google Cloud permet aux organisations de contrôler et de gérer l'accès aux données et aux ressources via Cloud Identity.
Module 4 : Surveiller les services et les opérations informatiques dans le cloud
Le troisième changement opérationnel que les entreprises doivent effectuer dans le cloud consiste à repenser la façon dont elles surveillent leurs services informatiques. Ce module commence par explorer les défis à relever en matière d'opérations informatiques, en particulier la manière dont les équipes informatiques sont traditionnellement structurées et pourquoi cette structure empêche les organisations de fournir rapidement des mises à jour de services ou de nouvelles expériences client.
