Considerando las necesidades del contexto laboral de los involucrados en la toma de decisiones financiera-operativas, este curso está diseñado para que el participante comprenda la información financiera que proveen los estados financieros y realice el análisis adecuado e integral del desempeño, en lo que respecta a la inversión, financiamiento y operación de la empresa.

Syllabus

Módulo 1. Decisiones y Estados Financieros
En este módulo se identificarán los estados financieros básicos en la empresa, donde se reflejan las decisiones financieras que toman los administradores: la decisión de inversión, decisión de financiamiento y la decisión de dividendos.

Módulo 2. Análisis de Estados Financieros
Este módulo aborda los elementos que permiten el análisis de los estados financieros, a fin de dar información a la dirección de la empresa para tomar las decisiones idóneas en materia de inversión, financiamiento, administración y acciones operativas en función de las necesidades presentes y futuras.

Módulo 3. Razones Financieras para la Toma de Decisiones
En este módulo se presentarán las razones financieras como una de las principales y más importantes metodologías de análisis usadas en la empresa y en el medio profesional financiero.

Módulo 4. Fundamentos de Mercados Financieros
En este módulo se definirá qué es el Mercado financiero, como mecanismo que permite a individuos y entidades comprar y vender valores financieros, a fin de comprender su funcionamiento y opciones de financiamiento para las empresas.

Módulo 5. Mercado de Dinero y Mercado de Capitales
En este módulo se define qué es el Mercado de dinero y el mercado de capitales, como el “espacio” donde los inversionistas ponen a trabajar su dinero, financiando la actividad productiva de un país; considerando las posibilidades de las empresas para colocar una parte de su capital entre un importante número de inversionistas, con la finalidad de financiar la expansión de la misma.
