Este curso aborda uma grande variedade de tópicos relacionados com as TI que são concebidos para lhe dar uma vista geral do que esperar deste programa de certificação.
No final deste curso, será capaz de:

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Introdução às TI
Damos-lhe as boas-vindas aos Princípios básicos de apoio técnico, o primeiro curso de Certificação profissional de apoio técnico de TI! Ao inscrever-se neste curso, está a dar o primeiro passo para iniciar a sua carreira no ramo da tecnologia. Na primeira semana do curso, vamos aprender como os computadores foram inventados, como evoluíram ao longo do tempo e como funcionam hoje em dia. Também vamos aprender o que é um "especialista de apoio técnico de TI" e quais são as suas funções. No final deste módulo, vai saber como fazer cálculos num computador utilizando o sistema binário e compreender porque é que estes cálculos são tão importantes para a sociedade. Vamos começar!

WEEK 2
Hardware
Na segunda semana deste curso, vamos saber mais sobre o que está dentro de um computador. Vamos aprender tudo sobre os componentes de hardware ou as diferentes partes dentro de um computador. Vamos descobrir o que cada componente faz e como estes trabalham em conjunto para que um computador funcione. No final deste módulo, também saberá como montar um computador a partir do zero!

WEEK 3
Sistema operativo
Na terceira semana deste curso, vamos adquirir conhecimentos acerca de sistemas operativos. Vamos abordar os sistemas operativos comuns que são utilizados atualmente e perceber como funcionam com o hardware do computador. Vamos aprender sobre o "processo de arranque" de um sistema operativo e mostrar-lhe como instalar de raiz os sistemas operativos Windows, Linux e Mac OSX. No fim deste módulo, vai utilizar o ambiente Qwiklabs para interagir diretamente com os sistemas operativos Windows e Linux.

WEEK 4
Trabalhar em rede
Na quarta semana deste curso, vamos adquirir conhecimentos acerca de redes informáticas. Vamos explorar a história da Internet e saber mais acerca do que realmente é a "Web". Também vamos abordar tópicos como a privacidade e a segurança na Internet e qual será o futuro provável da Internet. Também vai ficar a perceber por que motivos a Internet tem limitações, mesmo nos dias de hoje. No final deste módulo, vai saber como funciona a Internet e como reconhecer os impactos positivos e negativos que a Internet tem tido no mundo.

WEEK 5
Software
Na quinta semana deste curso, vamos adquirir conhecimentos acerca de software informático. Vai adquirir conhecimentos acerca do que o software é na realidade e dos vários tipos de software que pode encontrar enquanto especialista de apoio técnico de TI. Também vamos explorar como gerir software e rever o conceito de "abstração". No fim deste módulo, vai utilizar o ambiente Qwiklabs para instalar, atualizar e remover software nos sistemas operativos Windows e Linux.

WEEK 6
Resolução de problemas
Parabéns, chegou à última semana do curso! Nesta última semana, vai adquirir conhecimentos acerca da importância da resolução de problemas e do apoio ao cliente. Vamos analisar alguns cenários do mundo real que pode encontrar numa função num serviço de assistência ou de apoio técnico para computadores. Vamos ficar a saber os motivos pelos quais criar empatia com um utilizador é extremamente importante quando se trabalha num cargo tecnológico. Por fim, vamos ficar a saber os motivos pelos quais redigir documentação é um aspeto importante de qualquer função de TI. No final deste módulo, vai utilizar aptidões sociais e redigir documentação para comunicar com outras pessoas.
