WEEK 1
Motivações dos Modelos de Negócios Como Serviço
Em negócios tradicionais, a relação com o cliente acaba na compra. Nos negócios de subscrições, ou assinaturas, a compra é onde a relação somente começa. Neste módulo discutiremos porque os clientes vão para o modelo de subscrição de serviços, em substituição a compra de produtos.

WEEK 2
Modelos de Negócios Como Serviço
Neste módulo discutiremos como são os modelos de negócios adotados para a oferta de assinaturas de produtos e serviços de recorrência, quais são os formatos de contratos estabelecidos entre empresa e cliente e as novas formas de geração de receita.

WEEK 3
XaaS – Anything as a Service
O termo XaaS vem sendo utilizado para expressar a ideia de “qualquer coisa como um serviço”. Com origem na evolução da computação em nuvem, que viabilizou o conceito de Software como Serviço (SaaS), Infraestrutura como Serviço (IaaS) e Plataforma como Serviço (PaaS), rapidamente se expandiu para outros modelos de produtos digitais e avançou para o mundo físico, fazendo surgir modelos de assinaturas também para produtos e serviços.

WEEK 4
Tornando o Sucesso do Cliente Uma Realidade Em Um Mundo XaaS
Criar uma competência central de sucesso do cliente vai muito além do estabelecimento de uma estrutura ou de uma função dedicada. As empresas devem ir além da simples documentação das responsabilidades de sucesso do cliente. Termos como “onboard de clientes” e “monitorar o uso” são responsabilidades básicas da atribuição. As empresas também devem projetar como a função conecta-se e se mantém alinhada aos processos de negócios diários de outras áreas (por exemplo, gerenciamento de produtos, equipe de vendas, etc.), bem como articular a intensidade de colaboração necessária para impulsionar o crescimento sustentável e expansão da receita e diminuir a perda de clientes.
