MOOC RSE & Agroalimentaire (FUN)

La Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (RSE) est la contribution des organisations au développement durable. Bordeaux Sciences Agro, l'Institut Agro | Montpellier Sup Agro et La Coopération Agricole ont décidé de proposer une troisième saison de ce MOOC afin de mieux faire connaître les enjeux et spécificités de la RSE dans l’agroalimentaire à un large public (étudiants, personnes en recherche d’emplois, collaborateurs, salariés de l’agroalimentaire, clients, consommateurs et grand public).

Depuis plusieurs années, la RSE dans la chaine alimentaire prend une place de plus en plus importante du fait des attentes sociétales croissantes. Les consommateurs, en quête de réassurance et de transparence sur les processus de production, sont de plus en plus sensibles aux impacts environnementaux ainsi qu’au déploiement de bonnes pratiques agricoles et industrielles, lisibles dans leurs actes d’achats.

La RSE est une des solutions pour répondre à ces nouvelles attentes. Dans le secteur de l’agroalimentaire, elle embrasse de nombreux Objectifs de Développement Durable (ODD) dont l’ODD 2 (Faim Zéro), l’ODD 12 (Consommation et production responsables), l’ODD 3 (Bonne santé et bien-être), l’ODD 13 (Mesures relatives à la lutte contre les changements climatiques), l’ODD 8 (Travail décent et croissance économique) ... Une déclinaison de l’ISO 26000 dédiée à ce secteur, l’ISO 26030, vient d’être publiée cette année.
Au cours des 5 semaines, le MOOC analysera les fondamentaux de la RSE en les illustrant d’exemples concrets, de témoignages, de quizz et de Serious Game afin que les apprenants comprennent les enjeux de l’agroalimentaire, et comment la RSE peut concrètement se mettre en œuvre. Les apprenants pourront ainsi s’approprier les notions essentielles afin de déployer ces démarches. Une conférence débat sera également organisée à Bordeaux Sciences Agro et pourra être suivie sur internet afin d’aborder des sujets clés de la RSE.
