En un mundo de fuerte competitividad global, como el que atravesamos hoy en día, con entornos tan complejos y cambiantes, de alta incertidumbre y volatilidad, con fuertes exigencias en adaptabilidad de sectores y mercados; los modelos de negocios predictivos tradicionalmente aplicados en el mundo empresarial con foco de expertise en el negocio, empiezan a ser estrategias poco efectivas y flexibles para la obtención de una competitividad sustentable.

En este contexto, es que en el mundo empresarial, se produjo una fuerte orientación a buscar capacidades organizacionales ágiles y adaptativas que mejor se adecuaran a los entornos y mercados inciertos, que tuvo su origen en el desarrollo de proyectos complejos, con estructuras más planas, informales y autónomas; permitiendo un mejor equilibrio entre las capacidades de innovación y las de explotación.
Durante el curso realizaremos una introducción de la filosofía ágil y de la dinámica SCRUM como base de marco conceptual, conoceremos sus usos y alcances más frecuentes, vivenciaremos la aplicación de los modelos de mejores prácticas organizacionales, y desarrollaremos las oportunidades competitivas diferenciales, así como los desafíos más importantes a la hora de su implementación en la organización.

What You Will Learn

  • Comprender los alcances de la aplicación de la filosofía ágil versus la tradicional.
  • Conocer en profundidad las bases conceptuales del manifiesto ágil, sus usos y aplicaciones más frecuentes.
  • Conceptualizar las mejores prácticas que impulsen el desarrollo de estrategias organizacionales adaptativas,a través de la filosofía ágil
  • Desarrollar un pensamiento crítico y abierto para la resolución de problemas complejos, mediante la aplicación de la filosofía ágil.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Origen y desarrollo del manifiesto ágil
En este módulo abordaremos los siguientes contenidos: Primero tomaremos como punto de partida los objetivos de este curso para luego hacer foco en el Origen y limitaciones de las metodologías tradicionales de Project Management. Además, veremos el Modelo de evolución de la tipología de problemas (conocidos vs. complejos); así como también conoceremos acerca del desarrollo orgánico vs el modular secuencial “mecánico” y en qué consiste el Outcome vs Output. Por último, estaremos estudiando los atributos y alcances de la filosofía adaptativa SCRUM.

WEEK 2
Introducción a la filosofía SCRUM como framework
En este módulo abordaremos los siguientes contenidos: Primero trabajaremos en el desarrollo del marco conceptual SCRUM; así como los roles (objetivos y responsabilidades), Eventos (objetivos y alcances) y Artefactos (objetivos y contenidos). Además, exploraremos los principios rectores y bases de fundamentos de la metodología SCRUM

WEEK 3
Evolución de las dinámicas y capacidades organizacionales ágiles
En este módulo abordaremos los siguientes contenidos: Primero trabajaremos en función de la evolución de estructuras organizacionales. Además, exploraremos la Organización dual y el Espiral de aprendizaje organizacional. Así como también veremos Las organizaciones teal y el Modelo de liderazgo ágil: las 4 “Cs”

WEEK 4
Cultura y mejores prácticas organizacionales en base a la filosofía SCRUM
En este módulo abordaremos los siguientes contenidos: Primero abarcaremos la aplicación del modelo de liderazgo ágil en la empresa y el Modelo de autoevaluación para su aplicación a tu organización. Además, veremos aquellas Dinámicas organizacionales ágiles mayormente aplicadas y abordaremos algunos ejemplos de mejores prácticas ágiles de empresas en el mundo de los negocios. Por último y antes de desarrollar el trabajo final del curso, exploraremos la implementación de cultura organizacional ágil; sus alcances y desafíos.
