- Explore mindfulness and other strategies to help students acknowledge their thoughts and feelings, learning how to respond to them productively.
- Engage with stills and clips from youth-made and short films to support learning about managing mental and emotional health.
- Create simple films and transfer these skills to students, to encourage creativity, promote personal expression and strengthen communication skills .
- Reflect on how to take time out to care for our own mental wellbeing.
