Ce cours s’adresse au personnel et aux volontaires travaillant dans le secteur humanitaire, en particulier au sein du Mouvement International de la Croix-Rouge et du Croissant-Rouge. Il est également utile aux personnes travaillant dans des pays en développement dont les capacités étatiques sont faibles. Il peut également intéresser les personnes souhaitant voir comment la durabilité peut être appliquée à l’action humanitaire.
